MA yojana is Mukhyamantri Amrutam yojana or chief minister health scheme in gujarat state. For people living below the poverty line (BPL) MA yojana was launched on September 4, 2012 by the government of Gujarat. This scheme will entitle lower income group people to avail healthcare in government approved hospitals all over gujarat and these poor beneficiaries will be covered( insured) by government upto 3 lakhs per annum per family.

All beneficiaries having MA card (QR coded) can avail cashless facilities in cardiovascular disease, renal disease, cancer, poly trauma and many other specified illness areas.

No intermediating agency is involved.

There MA yojana booths at government approved hospitals and beneficiaries pay nothing at all. This is a 100% state funded scheme.

Paperless claim processing occurs.

Enrolling of beneficiaries is throughout the year. Financial transactions between hospitals and government are smooth and transparent.
